Meet Coach Cindy Morales
National Board Certified Health Coach
Cindy's curiosity for living and aging vibrantly spurred her transformation from teacher, to group fitness instructor, to National Board of Health and Wellness Coach. She has the privilege to serve as a health coach to Veterans, a population that holds a personal connection to Cindy. Her aspiration and calling is to inspire confidence and motivation to journey a life of good health.
A life-long learner and adventurous spirit, Cindy advocates planning for a good life that is fulfilled and purposeful. With a passion for teaching and connecting with people, she went from a middle-age mom who never held a gym membership to group fitness instructor. Recognizing that physical exercise and nutrition were not the only factors that made a person whole, healthy, and vibrant, she returned to college after 20 years and completed her MA in Wellness and Lifestyle Management and a Certificate of Graduate Studies in Health Coaching at Rowan University.
As a health coach, Cindy collaborates with individuals that desire to overcome health challenges and live a more satisfied life. She’s helped her clients reverse hypertension, lower cholesterol, manage stress, and improve weight through individualized and group coaching. Cindy facilitates her unique class, Roll with Soul, integrating her expertise in group fitness instruction, contemplative practices, and self-massage.
When she is not coaching, Cindy serves as an adjunct instructor at Rowan University educating the next generation of health and wellness coaches. Cindy's other passions include gardening, reading, riding her bike, and spending time with her family.
